Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to request a refund To start a refund, contact us at [filip.thomassen@icloud.com]. If your request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it promptly.

Refund timeline Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
